How do you package vinyl records for shipping?
We use heavy-duty, corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with extra stiffeners to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for opened records?
We accept returns on defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery. However, we cannot accept returns for non-defective records once the shrink-wrap has been removed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already entered our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.
