At Recordstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl arrives damaged or you change your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the records in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not warped or scratched during transit, and include your RMA slip inside.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
